Sarah Tanat-Jones is an illustrator, writer and musician. She is also hopelessly addicted to dancing. After growing up in Brighton, England, she moved to London to study English Literature before upping sticks to Edinburgh to study at the Art College there. She now lives in the Port of Leith.
In 2009 she won a coveted D&AD New Blood Award for her graduate work.
As well as being a freelance illustrator, Sarah moonlights as the singer and drummer in Edinburgh band Come On Gang!. If you like your drawings with lashings of upbeat, tuneful pop, check them out.
Her main illustration loves include pen and ink, mellifluous line, bright, cheerful colours and a slightly retro feel.
